My husband contacted her after not hearing back from another person in their department. "Purchased a class C motor home at the RV show last weekend at the RV show and did all the paperwork and have a payment all worked out. Went yesterday to pick it up in Forest Lake at Camper World and was told we needed to put money down. This was after we had completed paperwork at the show. We waited and waited and at closing time they said the banks are closing and we would have to wait until tomorrow. Well today we received a call from someone there saying our payment would be $1,800 per month and this isn’t what we signed paperwork on. This guy didn’t care if we bought it or not. Oh well the RV had a lot wrong with it while we waited I checked it out and I have a long list of broken items, missed screws under the hood and not even cleaned up after being at the show. Maybe it was a good thing not to buy from them. The young man at the front entrance desk was a great young man and was the only one that treated us kindly"

"Upgraded our camper this year, had a small water leak once we got it all set up. We called the sales manager and the service department and they arrange to have a technician fix the repair.
