"From what I hear, the hot plate during the week is ok, Pizza and microwave burgers. Non existent on the weekends though. Friendly cashiers. One weekend guy very odd, but harmless."

"Me and my mom went here today. We got 2 sausage stuffed waffles as the package read. So we paid for them and then got out to the truck. I went to look at the package, and it read egg, sausage, and cheese sauce in a waffle. Now, I'm not an egg eater, but I gave it a try, and it had no flavor. I was so disappointed. We also got chocolate donut holes, and when we tried them, they we hard and dry, even tho they were supposed to be glazed."

"I was at the Balsam Lake Wisconsin store tonight the 6th of October and bought 2 2% white milk half gallons and 2 half gallon chocolate milk and I feel that this is the worst experience I have ever had in that store.. the 2 half gallons of chocolate milk expired on September 28th and that is 8 days expired. This is inexcusable I almost gave this too my son. I don’t know what kind of management you have in that store but in my eye I believe the health inspector should come and look to see what else your store is passing off to the public. The cashier that was working was great and friendly and had a positive attitude about helping customers"

"Lovely staff! Always cheerful, and in true balsam lake fashion, slightly patronizing at times, but, in general, well-mannered and astute. Appear fairly well kempt and clean Store is cute and always appears clean and tidy, especially during peak hours -which is a feat unto itself."
