"I brought my 1972 Plymouth Valiant here to get two new front tires installed, and have some electrical things looked at. When I went to pick the car up, I was only charged for the labor on installing the two new tires. When I went in and saw the invoice, I inquired about the electrical problems that I had asked them to look at. I was advised to talk to the tech on duty and he had mentioned he had looked into the wiring and informed me of what the issues were. I can honestly say I had a great first-time experience with having one of my vehicles serviced at this place. On my printed invoice receipt, it says it was written by Leif. T. I assume that was the very kind and understanding gentleman that worked on my car. I want to acknowledge his great people skills, and kindness. An absolute stand up guy! In addition to frequently visiting this locally owned business for both fuel, and drinks, I will most certainly be back for future service on my vehicles. Thank you."
"Always buy gas here, no complaints. Today at 10 a.m. with -30 windchill I noticed a tire was low & never having done this asked for help. Instead the attendant put on a parka & did it for me. Great neighborly service, thanks again!"
"Had work done on a vehicle. They reassembled it incorrectly. Stopped in to discuss it and I was told I had to talk to the manager. Well the manager is never there. It ate $600 in tires, to be honest we’re partially wore. But I still had to fix it myself after bringing it there to have them try and find a resolution that they could not, just to find out they put it on the hoist and never took the tires off. Very disappointing considering I worked there. I have asked to have a call from the shop manager or Wade the owner and I have not received either. Very disappointing for a small town shop to be treated this way. I paid for a repair that was incorrectly done. And no response. Communication is everything."
"Usually a great place to go. However, I'm getting tired of over paying for propane. Their website says they only charge for the amount they put in. I had 2 empty 20 lb and one that was at least a 3rd full yet and I was still charged for 60 lbs. This is the second time this has happened. I didn't want to make a big deal about it in the store so I went with it, but there's something really irritating about paying for that which you already own."
"Really disappointed in the customer service. Went to wash the truck and the machine ate a $10, only gave me .75 cents so I went inside and told them what happened. The woman was really rude and insinuated that we were lying about it, told us we could leave a name and number and we would be called when it was figured out.. we left with a soapy truck and will go to happy wheels from now on Edit: You left out the part where the machine was checked AND THEN the service light was RESET before it gave correct change. I saw the $10 come out of the machine. You saw that it was the last bill that went in before the service light came on. I watched you try a dollar which it wouldn't take until you walked around to reset the light. Of course the machine gave correct change after the service light was turned off. I didn't come in to leave a name and number because the staff was rude and it's not about the money, it's about how you as a business treat customers. It was frustrating to leave with a soapy truck, but we felt our business would be more appreciated elsewhere."
