"Can't say enough good things about Jeff (owner), Nick (sales) and everyone else there. I was randomly and sporadically taking on a lot of water and couldn't figure-out why. They did a thorough inspection, Lake-tested but couldn't replicate the issue or identify an obvious cause - since it was mid-Sept I just left the boat with them to store for the winter and I figured that was that - and I'd have to decide what to do with a potentially u/s boat in the spring. Turns out they took it out again (didn't charge me for the second lake-test and inspection), and managed to find and fix the problem. I only found out when I got the winterizing Invoice that also detailed them finding & fixing the leak - at no additional charge! I have a 35yr old 16ft speedboat which serves my needs, but is ostensibly one-up from scrap. Hayward Marine is selling Brand-New $100K Pontoons, so they don't really need low-end/minor repair jobs like mine. Nevertheless, Jeff took time to have several long conversations about my issue and general boating ownership(this my first boat so I have limited knowledge and experience) and then they went above and beyond to actually solve my issue. Great customer service backed up by an obvious depth of knowledge and expertise."
