"Timber Ford has absolutely horrible customer service. According to them they are so short staffed they can't even take 5 minutes (literally) to look at known problem. They are also unwilling to order parts in a timely manner in order to correct problems quickly. My advice is to find a different dealership. A sway bar bushing should not take 3 weeks to diagnose and fix, especially when I found the problem for them. see photo. A 2021 f150 shouldn't have parts falling off of it. well, after my very negative experience with Timber Ford (see above) .. I got a recall notification from Ford. I had the truck in for two previous recalls from Ford and took it to Timber Ford for those repairs. I decided to be done with Timber Ford and took the truck to Link Ford in Rice Lake. After providing them with my vin number, they told me I had 3 outstanding recalls from the national Ford database. I told them that Timber Ford had addressed the first two recalls ( heat shield and wiper motor arms). After they ( Link Ford) looked at the vehicle, it was determined that Timber Ford did not do the work or report any work to Ford. Link Ford ordered parts and fixed all 3 recall repairs and reported the work done in the national Ford database. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT TRUST TIMBER FORD! Find another dealer. Link Ford was great."
