"This place is terrible last night I ordered food and they forgot an item so I went back to the store to get a refund because that's not the first time they forgot my food and the manager wasn't trying to give me money back so you're telling me after all the items you guys missed form my previous orders and this order I can't get my money back also the manager ask for my food back and you can't do that like you have a manager who doesn't know policy and he is supposed to be in charge I'm very unhappy!"
"Their service was pretty good. We did a pick up delivery. My wife just loves the place. Just thought it was strange that they had no iced tea or root beer. I know they got Pepsi products but still."
"Food was as expected. However, I used the app and was able to choose a time for pick up. I arrived a bit early and it was supposed to be ready at 615pm. They didn't even start putting my meal together until I stepped up at that time and asked. They were out of the hot wings and had to cook more. Don't expect that the time you give to pick up your order will be honored. I guess it is what it is. I did hear a worker say someone didn't show etc etc. Back to Popeyes I guess."
"I go here every Monday night, order almost the same thing every time. They have NEVER messed up an order until tonight. I walked in to get the missing items, and was immediately apologized to. They began gathering the missing items and I could see how understaffed they were. I heard someone say something about being short 5 people, but for being that understaffed they were still making it work. I was again apologized to and given my missing items, I was waiting only a minute. I wish I could leave the entire staff a giant Christmas gift. They are all amazing"
