"Your pizza is great but I refuse to use your app it is horrible it worked great and then a new version was created and is horrible I refuse to use it and you have lost a customer. Who ever created it should lose their job can’t say it enough the app is horrendous"
"Usually am happy with Marcos not today. I ordered early to schedule delivery at 1230 they were 25 min late. The pizza was cold ( not even warm) there were large pieces of the onion peel on the pizza. I tried to call the store and then tried to go to tellmarcos but it kept taking me to a screen that wanted me to order again. The delivery driver had a I don’t want to be doing this job look on his face. This was the worse experience I have had with them."
"I ordered Marco's last week. They called 5 min before expected delivery to say the driver had a flat tire and I needed to pick the pizza up. Manager was pretty short and offered little to no apology. Throw in a cheesy bread or something sir. I ordered delivery so that I don't have spend gas money."
