"What a fabulous gem! After 21 years in the Navy, I've literally eaten everywhere. Now living between Chicago and Milwaukee, I've had the pleasure of eating at Michelin / Bib Gourmand restaurants, and this intimate, romantic, eclectic, and cozy spot in Milwaukee - 1033 MKE puts out some of the most delicious and inventive food I've ever tasted. I've been twice and can't wait to go again. Bravo to them for personable and knowledgeable service. Definitely a James Beard or Michelin coming out of that kitchen!"

"Driving from Chicago for two famous serving small plates concept. Odd Duck and 1033 MKE. 1033 better than Odd Duck hand down. Place so cozy and superb organize and great services. Definitely excellent experiences to dining here. Tiny place and kitchen is taken half of the restaurant and still size like submarine kitchen. Just great food and cocktails. It is so simple but so delicious. Can seafood remind me of Lisbon and probably the best spritz I ever had."

"1033 provided excellent service, cocktails, and food! We had the “one for you and one for me” raw bar, Brussels sprouts, bread pudding, toast, and squash brûlée. My personal fave was the toast, a perfectly spicy delight! Each dish provided a new and exciting experience, and the cocktails were even better! Tori worked wonders with her take on the espresso martini, and the gin cocktail. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy date night! Pro tip- they also have wine-o Wednesdays with 25% off bottles of wine, and 50% off their “one and done” bottles!"

"1033 was a great choice for our date night dinner. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward drinks and bites that we’d like. We had the oysters, brussel sprouts, pork belly, and squash brûlée. The gin drink was delicious and the ambience was cozy and comfortable. 1033 is a great addition to the Milwaukee food scene!"

"Top five restaurant in Milwaukee. In fact, there's nowhere else like it! I loved the dining experience around the U-shaped bar. It puts you directly in the action watching the chef's make your food. Every single plate (and dessert) we had was A+. Again, I've never had combinations like the Carmel covered potatoes or lobster bread pudding before...and was completely blown away. I have to mention the staff too. They went above and beyond in every facet. They made us feel so welcome while also extremely knowledgable of the menu. All in all, I cannot recommend 1033 enough."
