"This was very unpleasant service the two young men were high on substance they were laughing and goofing around, when we were very unpleased with the order we purchased. the burger was incorrect with onions which the person who’s order it was are allergic to onions, the fries were old and cold. we were fresh off the road we don’t live here in Milwaukee and we were very hungry thinking because we’re close to the airport service would be exceptional but it was not I will be contacting corporate because it’s obvious something needs to be done about this location it’s rating are 2.5 as I just notice before making this review and crazy part we were the only ones in drive thru it should of been no hard work to make things fresh and correct! I would have hate to be secret shopper or health department! Pleases do better!"

"Young lady refused to give me my food at the window unless I pulled up when no one was behind me. Kept yelling at me "the timer". I told her I did not care about the timer and that I would wait at the window. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She had someone take my food to the spot she wanted me to pull up to. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes before she finally gave me my food. She then told me to "get the &@#! out of my line." That is the last time I will visit this BK."

"I stopped in while out of town from Minnesota and these guys working were great. Fast and fresh food and they had jokes too lol. Better than burger king back home hands down"

"It's okay. Sometimes. Other times, it's really not a very good run business. The building is old and looks straight out of 2003. Service is very disappointing and odds are your order will be incorrect. If you can check your order, I highly recommend you do. Food quality varies. I've had horrible Whoppers from here. Almost inedible. At other times they can deliver a good product. Management of this branch must get it under control. But they won't, because Restaurant Brands International is apparently incapable of caring about quality."

"This place was dead. The store was messy and dirty. Mold in the toilet. A sanitary wipe down bucket on the counter mold on the soda machine where the ice comes out. tables were dirty floors were dirty dried up catch up on walls. I could imagine what the kitchen look like. Oh one of the guys I was with found a hair in his sandwich. to top it off"
