"What the heck kind of place is this?! Asked for hot butter for crab legs. Some genius in the kitchen put the hot butter in a styrofoam bowl. It proceeded to melt and we had butter all over the damn place. Including on our phones. The waiter didn’t even apologized. We asked for the manager and the rude waiter claimed HE was the manager. We refused to pay for the entire meal because we didn’t even get half way through it before the butter incident. The waiter, who wished he was the manager, said he couldn’t change our bill because “someone changed the code and forgot it, so now one could changed a bill on the register.” I gave him more money than I should have. He said I had to pay the whole thing. I told him no way, call the police if you want. Horrible service and food was not good. Boo hiss! This place sucks!"

"Giving everything 3 stars because every experience has been different so before Covid I liked it better the sauce was red and thick unlike the rest after Covid they changed the sauce to an organgish pink that was kinda sweet the extra hotness knocked that out. Got a pick up order and they could have kept them to themselves lolz. Bring back the red sauce cause what????"

"We walked in at 8:20pm on a Friday night, the only front of staff member was sitting on their phone and proceeded to tell us they were take/out only -1.5 hours before close. Another couple walked in behind us and was also told they could not eat in. An easy $200 loss of revenue because the staff didn’t want to wipe a table and sweep the floors. We even offered to wipe down our table after we ate! Unacceptable, entitled and arrogant behavior. We were looking forward to dinner here all day. Low country will have our service from here on out. Very upsetting."

"So great…strange but great. Important safety tip: I had the fresh scallops with MEDIUM sauce. My dish was ONE drop from being so hot, it would have been inedible. That is EXACTLY the way I like it. But I cannot imagine how hot the “hot” option is…. I would eat here every day, if I could. Server was fantastic."
