"Disgusting, the workers didn’t want to work 5 people ordered before there was a lot a lot of chicken just sitting there getting cold. Got my order it was wrong wanted a breast and wing the girl supposedly given me the right piece guess she didn’t know a breast from a thigh chicken was cold biscuit burnt."

"Ugh. Avoid. I was FORCED TO COME HERE. THE service sucks...employees are incompetent....and the clientele unwashed. I'd rather be a prisoner of war again.....i was treated better."

"I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Lobby was locked. Each car took at least 5 minutes at the ordering speaker. Person taking orders was difficult to understand. First words were, “Did you order?” At least I think that was what she said. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I think she may have said “exact change only” but again I’m not sure. I used a credit card. The sandwich was not great. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. The chicken was dry and did not come close to filling the bun. The pickle had softened and lightened the breading on the chicken piece — because it had been made so long ago. Of course there were no napkins in the bag. No receipt either. No communication at the window at all. And the little spinner window thing was filthy. This was at the location on Capitol, but the one on National is just as bad if not worse. I keep saying I won’t go back to any Popeyes because every single one in the Milwaukee area is like this. They are either slow as molasses or are out of what you want to order (which you find out after you have sat in the line for 20 minutes or more). I don’t know how this chain is staying open with this kind of service. I guess it’s because people like me like fried chicken and keep hoping the next time will be better. I’m out of hope though. No more chances, Popeye."
