"Usually great. However the last time I went, March 7, I was told I could only order on the app. That isn't convenient when you don't have a phone with you. Staff seemed too lazy to punch in my order on their computer, but like I said, usually great. The long term employees always take good care of me. Figure this out TacoBell!"

"Jared, the lady that works to drive-through I guess she’s the manager not 100% sure gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. They messed up my food the day before, and she honored my food and gave me a drink, showing empathy. definitely need more people like her in the world"

"I live right next to this place and I love Taco Bell. Yet I’ve only gone twice. It has the longest lines. Sometimes it’s closed even when it should be open. And orders take forever to get. It took me 15 minutes just to wait for someone to give me a cup for the fountain drink."

"I ordered online. Was waiting 30 mins for my order. Asked what was taking so long, they said my order will come soon. It never did after an additional 10 mins. So I left and requested Taco Bell to give me a refund (they did). Will never go back to this location. Extremely rude and need more than two people working at a time."

"Portion size was incorrect, food appearance was awful as well. We didn't even get the additions we paid for (avo sauce and guacamole + no nacho sauce when we asked for easy). There's no meat in our crunchwraps as well and very little to nothing of thr tomato, lettuce sour cream and all other regular toppings. On top of that it almost took an hour to get our food and it's just so disappointing. It's Luke warm, not filling and I am very unhappy with the customer service the Wisconsin Ave store has provided. If people don't like their job, they should leave, not waste the employers money or customers. Thank you for listening and I hope something can be done about this. We ordered at 9:15/9:10 and Order was received at 10:00pm Also, this has nothing to do with the driver, he was great"
