Buffalo Wild Wings

"This Buffalo wild wings is a complete joke. Do not go here if you don't need to. It's spacious, but the staff is unfriendly and not caring of your order. Lots of miscommunication between doing the ordering in person or on the app. Felt like we had to wave down our person multiple times and they would ignore us just to ask for napkins or water. I was itching to go by the time we had the food served and just desk it wrapped up. Even the wings themselves were mislabeled. Pretty sure we didn't get the full order .That's how uncomfortable it was dining at this place. The saddest part is we've experienced this a year ago and We wanted to give it a second chance and this is what happened."

"Poor service. Was going to ask for Jasmine but the waitress Valeria that greeted me at the host stand cut me off and told me she’d be “taking care” of me before I could ask. Decided to give her a chance since i’ve never had her. Worst mistake. I specifically asked if they had sprite or if it was starry, she said it was starry so i asked for water instead. somehow she still brought me a starry and charged me for it. my fiancée asked for a beer which she never grabbed. Once the manager brought the food out she grabbed the beer and the water I asked for in the beginning. I saw her pour the beer herself meaning the waitress never put it in. she never came to check on the us after the food came until well after we were ready for a box and the check. my poor fiancé wanted another beer which he could’ve enjoyed while we were finishing up our food but she never came so he basically had to slam one more before we left cause i was so annoyed with the whole experience i just had to get out of there."

"Manager Scott blames me for Buffalo Wild Wings forgetting our sauces. Asks me if I looked in the bag???? Where else would I look Scott? Keeps badgering me telling me that their slip says I didn’t order it and that’s why they didn’t give it to me. No apologies nothing. Worst experience I’ve ever had, I drive 25 minutes back to the store, food obviously cold by now… no offer to remake food so it’s hot, no apology, just once again says “well it wasn’t on the slip so that’s why it wasn’t in there, but here’s a 10 dollar gift card anyway”. Well here is the slip Scott… so weird that ITS ON THERE. Just own up to your mistakes, give the refund, and keep it pushing."

"The only server working, gave us a slight attitude like she was mad that she had to work. Wings were decent, they were drenched in sauce. For a side of fries the amount was a laugh, lastly the fried pickles were undercooked, so they fixed it by refrying the same pickles. They came out overcooked and a puddle of grease accompanied them. I haven’t dined here for more than a year and decided to give it another try, sadly this will be the last."
