"The atmosphere is okay. It's wide open and not what I would consider "cozy," but this could be a cultural thing of eating as a community(?) as there are many very large table set ups for accommodating large groups. The décor and seating is very nice and quite comfortable, though I am not a fan of the open ceiling concept so many places have that have you viewing pipe and duct work. The service was wonderful. They are an order at the counter and they bring you your food kind of place and we were aware of this before we went. The young lady taking orders (and later bringing out food) was very sweet and friendly. You can see all of the cooking as the kitchen is an open concept and the guys working it looked knowledgeable and quite efficient. So much going on at once. The young man who aided in bringing plates out to the table was very courteous and made sure everyone had what they ordered and were enjoying their meals. The food. SO good. People in our group ordered the Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Shish Tawook Plate, a couple Beef Kafta Kabob Plates, and I had the Mixed Grill. The chicken was so flavorful and real juicy, the kafta tasted wonderful, and the shish kabob - oh my! The beef was SO tender and had so much flavor. The rice, Arabic salad, and hummus were a great compliment to either eating with a fork or stuffing into the large pita that came with the plate. Enough for multiple meals so I will be enjoying it again this evening. Looking forward to it already. The photo with the pita on top is how it is brought to the table, and I also took a photo of how it looks with the pita removed. In addition, there is a bakery counter along the West end of the restaurant. I highly recommend getting dessert there. The gentleman behind the counter is so friendly and very excited to share the baked goods him and his wife make right there, fresh every day. The caramel topped white cake is the BOMB! I know that's an old saying, but it is. The icing is a thick, creamy, yet buttery delight, almost custardy, but definitely a do not miss. I have been nibbling my way through it because I keep wanting to taste more, but don't want to run out. Even though I rated a 4 for atmosphere for the few things that are of personal preference and not actual flaws, they get five stars overall for making our evening enjoyable and absolutely delicious."

"We ordered the chicken Shwarma plate, beef shwarma plate, the Arabic chicken Sandwhich, and lentil soup. Everything came out room temp including soup. The Arabic chicken Sandwhich was pretty good, but the plates nothing had any taste. The meat n rice had no flavor what so ever. Super disappointed."
