"My sandwiches would have been ok asked for whole grain and got Italian bread was so disappointed because called a closer cousins and they didn't have the whole grain so called the 124 location and order said they had whole grain so drove a little farther but when I got home they made the sandwiches with the bread I didn't want that was a waste of time could have just got it around the corner that's why they should really pay attention to the orders someone could be allergic to something and you don't make it right I work in food service and we do a lot of special dietary foods so it's real important to get it right it seems like no big deal but I deal with no dairy no eggs etc, so something so little to you can be a serious matter to someone that could have a allergic reaction so please pay close attention to your orders"

"I usually come here once to twice a year mostly due to the severe inconsistent in service and lack of quality food preparation. I order online to ensure the food is correctly prepared, however, the food is never prepared when I arrive and rarely accurate. The food was sloppily prepared from wrong items use to assemble sandwiches, overly salty fries, and missing items. The poor food preparation could be overlooked if thesthe could demonstrate an ounce of professionalism. The constant horseplay and profanity needs to be corrected. I will return later in the year to see if it improves."
