"Ordered through DoorDash just for them to say they don’t have any of the items I ordered ($80.00 wasted now I have to wait for a refund to get back to my account)… they always packed with no food ready … lines out the door it’s ridiculous just go somewhere else 9xs outta 10 the order is wrong anyway."

"I genuinely liked Popeyes, but they have gone downhill in many ways. First, the customer service in the stores needs to get better. Your staff including management have horrible attitudes and do not know the meaning of good customer service. The food is not consistent. One day it is good and another day it is bad. Some days you come and they tell you they are out of chicken......How are you out of chicken when you sell chicken? Please help me to understand this concept!!! This when I was growing up was delicious! Today you get....bad attitudes + bad food= bad business... leads to out of business! Do better! Thank you!"

"The workers wasn't doing their jobs. They were all outside and in the lobby hanging around being disrespectful cursing, walking in out out the restautant while their was customers in the restaurant trying to place an order. It took awhile for me to get my order it was very unprofessional and not clean at all in the lobby at all on 76 and silver spring. We I got to the restaurant they never have anything that I want always out out food and condiments. It's always something in that restaurant they need better customer service and workers"

"No sense of urgency at all to complete orders correctly or in a decent amount of time in a fast food restaurant. The workers were more concerned with the conversation and their phone than the customers. I work with the public all my life decades so I can relate but these young kids have no drive. The whole place was nasty of smelled of weed. Popeyes really need so diligence with who the hire and the expectation needed too be met"
