"I purchased a Water Creation Vanity and a satin gold faucet. I chipped the paint on the mirror and asked to purchase touch up paint. The service team sent me the paint at no charge. I had an issue with the cold brass body of the faucet. I contacted Water Creation and shared the problem. The immediately sent me a new cold water body with an appology from the Service Team for my problems. I have been plumbing for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a manufacturer. I love the vanity and the faucet is a top quality solid brass that looks great in my bathroom. My hat is off to Water Creation Inc. and the Service Team. Thank you so much for your help and support."

"I purchased from Home Depot a Water Creation brand wall mount faucet for a free standing tub that has a hand held shower. We had a plumber install it during a bathroom remodel project and after it was installed we noticed the hand held shower was a different color from the rest of the faucet. I emailed Water Creation immediately and they apologized and requested a photo of the faucet. They immediately responded and said as soon as the correct part was in stock again (originally 3 months estimate) they would send it to me at no charge. They emailed me back a week later and said they had the part and had sent it out already and provided tracking info. Great customer service and the faucet looks and works great. Our plumber even said he was impressed with it and would be recommending it to his other clients."

"I have never contacted the company that I purchased products from on Home Depot. I purchased an expensive medicine cabinet but when it arrived the shelf inside the unit was nowhere to be found. I decided instead of return it since I had already installed it to the wall… why not take a chance and contact this company. "I purchased a Water Creation bathroom tap set from Amazon in 2017 based upon reviews and aesthetics; I had never heard of the company. I had it professionally installed. The set was problem-free for over 5 years - as I expected for washer-less valves. Contrary to my expectations, one tap recently (in October 2023) developed a persistent drip. Although knowing nothing about plumbing, I dismantled the leaking component as far as I could and sought a replacement for it. I looked on line without finding the necessary parts. I found no one in the local plumbing supply shops (in NYC) familiar with the brand or able to assure a suitable replacement. Finally I called Water Creation directly. I asked about where I could get a replacement cartridge and was immediately told that I would likely be eligible for a free replacement under the lifetime limited warranty. I completed a short form about my purchase including my proof of purchase (thank you Amazon) and was promptly shipped the required cartridge. Five minutes after opening the shipment, I had dropped the cartridge in place and once again had a properly functioning, drip-free tap. To my mind, the fact that Water Creation stood behind its product, volunteered that information without hesitation and shipped the replacement part without additional charge, says a lot about the company and all I need to know. I will not hesitate to use their products going forward."
