"The manager Lydia is VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . They need to retrain her on her customer service. She was rude and disrespectful and got loud with me and threatened to call the cops to escort me out when i was just asking a question and said a statement. She is deceiving an item was priced at a lower amount when I told them they need to honor that she changed the sign and said the sign was never there after one of the employees saw with his own eyes the price I saw. Lydia needs to get retrained before they put her back on the floor as a manger."

"Was in search for some black colored Duct tape. So , my Lady and I set off for Big Lots, where she enjoys shopping from time to time. I found this 1" roll of Gorilla Duct tape that I needed to replace the shiny gray ugly, reflection off the top of the dashboard of. Our Avenger. Worked like a charm so far? Lol! Once I a while I get lucky in more ways than 1. "I came to this location 25 minutes from my house because the Arcadia location that is only 7 minutes away from my house has the rudest employees which are very lazy they were not willing to help with the furniture I wanted to purchase.I was very pleased with the service that was provided at this Alhambra location by Carlos and Lydian.These two employees were not rude, they work fast, have great customer service skills and showed great team work. I look forward to only coming here from now on. Thank you"

"This review is more of an update for folks in the North Pasadena neighborhood that this Big Lots location on Lake Avenue is closing for business in the next couple of days. Everything left in the store is 50 or more percent off. I got a good haul today of protein bars for me and flamin hot snacks for my wife. It was funny to look at the receipt and see the amount of money discounted was more than the amount of money I spent. The snacks and soda drinks isle had the most stock of the remaining isles. So, if you want to get 50 percent off some soda and chips today or tomorrow I recommend that you head over Big Lots and they will hook you up."
