"I had high hopes for this place because of recommendations but it ended up being a let down. The initial sales service was helpful but didn't last long and had to be helped by another rep. The second rep provided good service but the follow through could have been better - I had to reach out multiple times myself just to get a status on my order/install after I didn't hear back for a couple days following my purchase. In the end, I cancelled the order because their installer flaked on the day of install, which was already rescheduled because they couldn't meet the original appointment either. Both times I took time off work just to not have anything happen. Really disappointed because it looks like they have good material but the install follow through, at least for my project, was nonexistent. Maybe I would have had better luck if my project was larger."

"Their service was wonderful, cost was reasonable. We hired them to remodel our master bathroom six years ago. We also hired them to install granite in our kitchen and fireplace eight years ago. Nothing is broken to this day. Everything that they had done still looks good, which is a testament to their quality work."
