"Overpriced and as a to go order, sandwiches were "sloppily" put together. Only half the onion rings were properly battered and cooked and looked edible."

"Dont come to this culvers past 11 if you want good service. My friends and I were greeted by Connor with a "hell no" and attitude. He harshly slammed the cup on the counter. Was rude and disrespectful. Other employees were fine. Will not be returning to this culvers when the East Madison Location has proved they are far kinder and understanding late at night. "Went through the drive through. Ordered 4pc chicken tenders. Replaced the fries with cheese curds. And had a sprite. Waiting in the front of the line near the curb for 30 min. Watching everyone around me get their orders. I tasted my sprite and it had no syrup in it just carbonation. I kindly grabbed a worked delivering food to the other cars to get me any other soda that is ready to be served. She took my drink inside. Finally my order came- and no drink. Had the same girl approach me asking if they gave me a drink- I said no. I waited and received a root beer instead. Food was freezing cold after all of this and I live only a few blocks away. Although food order was correct. It WAS NOT worth going here. I highly recommend the Culver’s near burrachos in sun prairie. No one offered to make anything- right after I had to complain to three different workers to help figure out a simple order- and why I had to wait longer than five of the customers helped before me."

"Too many issues what happen tonight at this Culver. They mess up a whole order of foods I orderd. I go into restaurant there is a couple workering and the guy is all over the lady packaging the food (kissing her and touching her in front of costumers). The same guy is getting package delivered to there."

"This is a review specifically for the custard product section. When we got our food, they did not bring our concrete mixer. I had to go back up to the counter to ask for it. They almost made it again until the lady who brought our food out, told them that it was sitting in the cooler. The second time I went to order icecream, all I asked for was lids, and that we were going to go back and sit down. It took them 15 minutes to bring out our ice cream after one of the workers had to go back up to check to see why we haven’t got our ice cream yet. By the time it got to our table, one of the mixers was already soft. No one apologized, or offered to make anything right."
