"Just went in with zero knowledge of printers. Had a nice gentlemen help me out the whole time. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately! But he was tall white man. Anyway, I know I sounded dumb but he was so patient and kind! Pointed me to the right direction and helped as much as he could. Really really satisfied with the costumer service.
