"I've gone multiple times to this location, they are always rude. Very slow and long wait times. I ordered the new spark drink and an empanda. They gave me my drink and food. It was the wrong item. I went back to get the right item and they didn't even apologize and were glaring at me the whole time."

"Ordered here today and it was a large order and it was done very quickly and everything tasted delicious. The butter pecan holiday drink taste sooooo good!! The worker was so nice as well and we almost left part of our order but the worker caught it before we left! Overall good experience and fast service."

"Went inside the store to order in the morning around 9am. There were multiple employees hanging out in the dining area, and 3 working behind the counter. Took several minutes for someone to take my order, but she was pleasant when doing so. While waiting the store seemed disorganized, and not very clean and the vibes between the employees was not great. When I received my medium latte I could tell it was mostly foam, and I didn't drink any till I got home 5 minutes later. Opened it up and a full 2" of dissipated foam was gone, and the pumpkin spice flavor was cloying. The donut I got was fine. Overall, disappointing experience, I'm going to stick with Scooters."
