"We decided to check them out because we never had before. That was a mistake. No one in line. Waited a good 5 minutes before they took our order. Waited 25 minutes for our food. They looked steady busy, but not getting slammed by any means. Anyway got our food, took it home. My wife's sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and missing toppings. Mine was okay but also very heavy on the Mayo but not drenched. The meat looked and tasted over processed. We tried them, but won't be back."

"I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because we've had bad experiences the past 2 times with our online orders. First time our order was not correct. The online order was for one sub without lettuce and onions, but they didn't remove them. Another sub was supposed to have extra mustard and it didn't have any. Our second time ordering we placed an online order at about 3:30, for pick up at 5:25. We got there to pick up about 5:40 (actually later than we thought) and they had just started working on it. They said their ticket said pick up at 5:46. I don't know how that happened because when you place an order online the time frame is in 15 minute increments.... 5:10, 5:25, 5:40, etc. We finally got our order about 5:50, 25min later than we had scheduled. The staff was decent but didn't show concern about the discrepancy in times, and didn't offer to comp anything for this order or one in the future."
