Recently I bought an office chair. 2 months later the wheel broke. It was easy to work with them to return and get full credit towards all different chair!"

"Bought a solid wood table, in colors nickel and chalk. Good quality products available! The sales associate, Jordan Purath, was an extremely great help. He was also patient while I was back and forth with my husband! Totally appreciate that. And not pushy at all. Went above and beyond in answering and actually showing me comparisons with questions I had. Ask for him if you stop, you will be glad you did! WG&R for the win!! Will be back when we buy a larger dining table in the future! Update: we have had our table for several months now and it it not holding up like I was believed it would be. A little disappointed. Spent $1700 on a table and 4 chairs and they ding up so easily. I put on stuff to protect the table but it was not enough. The wood table we got is so soft. Will probably have to sand it down and redo it. Then add some kind of epoxy to prevent further damage. A few deep dents shown in pics. I saw one of the table with a ding and that should have been a red flag. But the guy said he wasn’t sure how that could happen and must have been from something hard and heavy hitting it. Now I know why! It dents so easier. Should have just bought the $800 table, probably would have held up better."
