"Poorly explained return policy on clothes. I specifically asked the cashier if i could return clothes to which they said yes but added no caveats. So i purchased several pairs of jeans to take home and try on. Several didn't fit so I took them back, they still had tags attatched and i had my reciept. I paid in cash but they would only give me store credit on a reciept that is easily lost. I have no idea when jeans that will fit me would ever be back in there that is the only thing i wanted to buy with the money so Goodwill more or less just stole my money. i will only be shopping there long enough to use this forced credit because of this joke of a return policy and then i am done shopping goodwill. They never have anything good anymore anyways since they auction anything good online."

"This store is kept clean and organized. Variety is well balanced. Pricing is fair and items are restocked consistently. Employees are friendly and management is engaged. Parking is usually easy and close too the entrance. Overall one of the best goodwill locations I've shopped."

"All Goodwill stores seems like their prices keeps going up, i saw a pair of used shoes and coats for $19.00? U can buy a pair of summer shoes or sandals at Walmart for $4.99 when off season. Drinking glass for $3.99 each, when u can buy drinking glass for $1.00 at the dollar stores. their goods are way over inventory stocks for all donated items that they seems to get run out of space on their shelves to stuck up all their goods, priced way to high.! Price gouging.! time to boycott Goodwill..not donate to them. Who knows how much money really goes for charity."
