"Pharmacy orders are never ready in a timely manner. I have had issues everytime iv ever had to pick something up. This time my doc put in the order over 24 hours ago and it still wasn't ready."

"I give it ZERO stars. We moved to Stoughton last month and contacted Walgeens to transfer our prescriptions from Forward Pharmacy in Mcfarland. I am currently out of one of my bp meds. I should have taken my dose at 8 am this morning. Forward Pharmacy transferred my data at least 3 times to Walgreens, but yesterday Walgreens claimed they "had no record". Today they told me they have my records except for the drug that I needed this morning and they had to call Forward Pharmacy to verify. 3 hour later, they still had not contacted Forward. They are very short staffed but that is no excuse for this lack of customer service! I said I have hypertension and currently have COVID, should I try a different pharmacy. Reply "I don't care what pharmacy you try!" All they could do is say how busy and short staffed they were. We are going to contact McGlynn pharmacy to see if they can help."

"I came here for a quick prescription fill and grocery stop. When I was in line to grab my prescription, I witnessed an older lady talking to a man who couldn’t hear well. She refused to talk any louder because it would be “yelling” and simply stopped talking, leaving him confused. A nice customer finally told the man what the lady was trying to say and he went on his way. The same lady was distracted while helping me, having a conversation over what I was trying to say. When I checked out for my groceries, I witnessed an older cashier rudely tell a lady that her gift card could not be refunded. As someone who works in customer service, I know what it is like to be frustrated with a customer. However, being rude to customers makes every other customer in the store uncomfortable and upset, which is how I left the store feeling. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a Walgreens than this store. If you’re looking for friendliness, good attitude, or accomodation, this is NOT the store for you."
