"I am a cabinet designer & Kitchen and Barh designer. I had a project for a customer in Hawaii, first time to use them, placed my order. When the components arrived we noticed during inventory, several pcs were missing, called to have pcs replaced, on further inspection when we started to assemble noticedmalot of production damage, scratches, and slab doors were cut backwards and not grain matched. On A-1 grade plywood, the A side is the facing side, the 1 side can have irregularities. If gouging scratches on the faces. After numerous attempts to get all the defects replaced, they never followed through. I had to try to replace pieces myself locally at great expense and delays to the project. Bottom line, no care was taken during production to protect delicate cherry plywood, no inspection of damaged or missing pcs before letting the shipment out, and no follow up or customer service to make the situation right. As a professional designer, I rely on my vendors, suppliers and manufacturers to come through and when things go wrong to step up and correct the issues. This company failed on every step, which resulted in me having a disgruntled client, a poor job, loss of profit and overall headache. Never use them again....."
