"My appointment was at 3pm. Car wasn't taken in until 3:45. At 4:30 was told cannot find the lug nut key so cannot change tires unless break the lugs off and replace them. But they didn't have the new ones so would have to wait until they were delivered by the parts store. I asked them if they looked in the glove box for the key. They said yes. They said also looked by the spare tire in the back. I didn't want to wait indefinitely since it had already been 1 1/2 hours so I decided to leave. On the way home I looked in the glove box and the key was right there. I didn't even know what a lug nut key was and I found it no problem in a white packaged marked lug nut key. Very unhappy"
