"Customer service is incomparable. My only disappointment was that I kept getting emails saying I had an overdue service so I called to confirm before making an appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone confirmed my service was very overdue so I promptly made an appointment. The day I brought my vehicle in for the “overdue” service I learned my car was not overdue for service. Seems to be a disconnect between the app that sends service notifications and reality. Outside of this snafu all else was top notch."
