Maxim's Restaurant

"Maxim's is not only an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a friendly staff, but also their bakery items are lucious. I recently ordered a Banana Cream Pie for my husbands birthday and it was the best we ever had! The crust reminded me of a buttery spritz cookie and there was whipped cream and rich, chocolate curls on top of the custardy, banana filling. Not only was it delicious, but it was actually pretty! They have a lot of different choices of pies and cakes to choose from and for the few extra dollars the items may cost, the quality and taste make it worth every penny! Thank you to all that make Maxim's such a wonderful place!"

"Had the ribs Saturday night. Excellent main dish and soup. Loved the potato wedges. Soup was excellent. Just not sure what happened to the dessert. My wife and I ordered the carrot cake. We were both full so had it to go. Ate it for dessert after supper on Sunday. I never had a piece of carrot cake that had virtually no flavor, not even the frosting! I'm guessing they left one ingredient out or something. I can't wait to eat there again bit won't order the carrot cake again unless someone can explain what happened."

"Excellent omelet, large portions and great service. My coffee never went cold, food was delicious and served quickly and piping hot. Clean dining room and the employees are friendly and efficient! Definitely recommend this family restaurant for breakfast."

"Had the breakfast burrito, lacked a little in flavor. Hubby had the French toast combo and he enjoyed it. The sausage was awesome. Tried the country gravy on the side and I do not recommend! Our server was very friendly and attentive young man. They give you complimentary coffee cake which was good. Would go back to try other items on breakfast menu."

"Always love Maxim’s Restaurant. We usually grab breakfast at the bar. Food is great and service is always good here. We stopped by during the church festival in July and Maxims had a Salad Tower as their special—excellent salad and single scoop of chicken salad—big enough to split, not to mention beautiful plating. I hope they make this a menu staple!"
