He quickly assessed that we were in need of a new drain pump, and had the part installed and cleaned up in the same visit. We'll definitely use him again!"

"Keith responded to my initial request right away. He came to my house when scheduled and diagnosed issues with 2 appliances. He ordered the parts and came and installed them promptly. Unfortunately, the new ice maker was not working. Keith came and made an adjustment. When this failed, he ordered a new ice maker right away and installed that one. There was no extra charge for the additional work. I found Keith to be highly professional, very responsive and timely. I will certainly call him again if needed."
