"This is my favorite place to shop at hands down. Every piece is thoroughly selected, the quality is unmatched and it’s hard to believe it’s a resell shop. The luxury selection makes me jump for joy and the dress area has something for everyone. So many of my staple pieces are from this shop. I am a customer for life and I 100% recommend fifth&main. Also the staff is amazing!!!"

"I used to love going to this store with my stepmom. Unfortunately not anymore as the prices they pay for consigned clothing are dirt cheap (literally pennies on the dollar) and their selection of higher end clothing has gone down. People are no longer turning in well maintained used clothing because their pricing is so terrible for what they will pay now. It wasn’t always like this - In mid 2022 I sold clothes and purchased wonderful items at Fifth Main for great and fair prices. At one point, I even brought an entire suitcase of fabulous clothing home with the intent to consign there because I felt their exchange was fair. Super disappointing to see this store go downhill so quickly."

"I am disheartened by their lack of empathy. I dropped items off for consignment and I missed the pick up days. I came in the very next day and was met with hasty employees saying they are not associated with the buy back bar and I would have to wait until they are open to speak with them. When I called the buying bar, they said my items have been donated per the contract I signed. Missing by one day?? Really? No wiggle room at all?? My only option now is to buy back my item from them. I can’t wait to see what they list my item for after offering me so little in in store credit. Based on what I’m reading, I should have read the reviews before bringing my items there. So much for supporting local businesses. If you’re looking to sell items you’re better off selling online."

"So disappointed, feel like crying! It’s not the first time I sold clothes to them , and the transactions were ok. But this time I bought in as always a lot of high end items, and when was time to review my offer, I didn’t receive their text or email, therefore they “donated” my stuff and pay me 70$ for what they kept…. I know I should have gotten at least 300$ for what I brought but learned my lesson. Just make sure you call them when you know you should review your offer, don’t rely on text , you might not get it and loose a lot. Never again ! :("

"I started shopping at the Fifth Main Thiensville location years ago and always found some beautiful treasures at great prices. I still shop Thiensville, but I ADORE the new Mequon location. Imagine getting resale value, while still having an upscale boutique shopping environment and experience. The buyers for the store are incredibly diligent so you will only find top quality brands and condition for the items in the store. You'll also find unique, rare and special items you can't get at a mall store. The store itself is beautifully well organized and the size of the new store makes it bright and airy. The service is exemplary. I appreciate the ladies who work here more than I can say. A special shout-out to Mary and Taylor. If you have the good fortune to run across either of them, you'll find them professional, attentive, and helpful. If you haven't shopped here already, you should put it at the top of your to-do list!"
