"Came in to return an item. At first there was going to be a problem because I didn’t have the original packaging which was a fully sealed plastic that was cut and torn up; wouldn’t have been usable. Manager was called, told them if they needed a barcode they could scan one from the stock they had. Manually did a “refund” without the need for scanning the barcode which was originally the reason I couldn’t do the return but apparently it didn’t really matter. Inserted my debit card for the refund, 3 days later no refund as of yet. Crazy thing is I got a refund receipt, somehow the lady manager either falsely did the refund or refunded it somewhere else. Ended up calling my credit card company to resolve this & got my money back in a couple hours."
