"My fiancé and I went to the men’s Wearhouse in Madison and in grafton. Both were poor experiences. The consultant in Madison would rather talk about other costumers experiences rather than make our experience great. He did not have patience to help us try on different colored suits and he was not helpful when it came to color selections to match ties/pocket squares to my bridesmaid colors. They did not have a matching color in store so he pulled out a tablet and pointed to a color and said “it was close enough”. His attitude was unprofessional and care free. Instead of giving up on menswear house, we decided to go to the grafton location in hopes for a better experience. The gentleman that helped us took his time and made sure we were getting the suits and ties exactly how we wanted them. He told us that he would place the order, and that the suits and ties would be ready to try on by the following weekend. We left happy. Mid week I asked my fiancé to call to ensure that we were still going to try on suits on the weekend, as we have not heard back from the consultant. My fiancé called, and they did not order the suits in to have us try them on. My fiancé spoke with a manger, and he said that he would talk to the guy who helped us and well as order our suits in. It has been over 3 weeks, and we have not heard anything about our order and nothing was resolved. I was very disappointed with the communication and service of men’s Wearhouse. I will not be recommending them."

"Incredible experience at Men's Warehouse in Grafton with Joey! She was so helpful every time we were there. She is very professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and easy to work with! She made the process of shopping for a suit for my fiance for our wedding very easy, fun, and enjoyable. She is SO good at what she does. "One of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life! My son, in typical teenager fashion, told me he was planning on going to homecoming 5 days before the event. So being in a town that is smaller we do not have a lot of men’s formal attire available especially during homecoming/prom season. I’m a single mom and don’t know much about men’s formal wear so I decided to have him fitted for his first nicer suit since it is his senior year and he’ll likely need it more than once. I called the day before just in case an appointment was required and Ryan answered the phone. He said an appointment is not required but he was excited to meet me and would be willing to work with us personally to fit my son for his first suit. He had a warm and enthusiastic demeanor over the phone and that was a welcome surprise. The next day we drove 40 minutes to the store and Ryan was there to meet us as promised. He got right to work and I appreciated that the appointment was personalized and went much quicker than I thought it would. Then he really went the extra mile. Because my son is smaller in stature they didn’t have the exact pants he needed on hand, and because it was Wednesday and he needed the pants by Saturday (completely our fault!) Ryan figured out how to put pants on hold at a different store. He then DROVE TO A DIFFERENT STORE ON HIS DAY OFF to get us the pants that matched the set, drove back to the grafton location, and then did the whole exchange himself so all I had to do was come pick them up on Thursday. Absolutely unheard of… his customer service is simply unmatched!!! This on top of discounts, taking the time to set up my sons profile so he has his sizes stored in their system, helping us pick accessories, all within about a 35-40 minute visit. I left completely speechless in awe of how much effort he put into helping this teenage kid. I will be telling all my boy-mom friends to visit Ryan…he made a lasting impression and deserves all the credit. It is worth noting that all the other interactions we had with the additional staff were equally as pleasant with kind smiles, encouraging words, and professional attitudes. Top notch!"
