"It looks like they gave me 2 halves of different sandwiches. They were out of gouda and charged me to put a different type of cheese on it. Also, one of the halves of the sandwhich just doesn’t have chicken on it. One side is extremely thin with chicken, the other is super thick without chicken. Very upsetting, a waste of money, and I’m still hungry."

"Usually love this location, went in today to pick up my online lunch order. Turkey Deli w/ garlic aioli and chicken soup. Got home and there was a heap of what I am assuming to be buffalo sauce on my sandwich instead of garlic aioli, was very spicy. I tried calling for an hour and no answer. Sandwich was too spicy for me to eat and unfortunately my lunch break was over so I could not go back. What a waste of money. Hate to think I'll have to check my food thoroughly before leaving."

"I used to like Panera Bread and thought this location was okay and convenient. However, my experience today was horrible. I spent $27.52 of my hard earned money for this location not to have a cashier at the front and I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come and take my order. Secondly, the person who took my order "Pam" was very monontone and acted as if taking my order was such an inconvenience. I was bringing in bagels for coworkers. There were no boxes to put the bagels in and "Pam" proceeded to put them in a shopping bag. I took an issue with that because I thought they would come in a box. Today was a special event in my office and I had volunteered to bring in bagels. So here I am with a shopping bag of bagels, no box, and not only did "Pam" act as if I was bothering her when I placed my order, "Pam" also cannot count. Instead of giving me 18 bagels, she only gave me 15, so I was shorted 3 bagels. I did not discover this until after I had arrived at work, and had placed the bagels on some plates in our office as opposed to leaving them in this big awkward shopping bag because there were no boxes for bagels at this location. So thanks for the great customer service. It's sad when me as a customer does not want $30 rewards for future use and would instead like a refund because the customer service is horrible, and I don't plan on going to any Panera location ever. This location needs a complete overhaul. Thanks for nothing."

"I wouldn’t go here especially if you are doing a group order or a larger order. The past 4 times I went to pick up a group order that was put in at least an hour in advance the order was not ready and they couldn’t find it. The excuse was it doesn’t show up on their screen. Today I went in 30 min early to ensure the order was in, I was told it was. 10 min past pick up time and still no large order being made so I ask and they are scrambling to find order. Again, didn’t show up on screen. Ended up getting food a half hour later, with an apology like always. I’ve never been offered anything but an apology after this consistently happening. We won’t be coming here anymore for our work orders. Update: when we finally got our food, there were multiple orders incorrect. I called and said we need more than an apology and they offered to remake our order. I asked for another option since we needed the food an hour before this for a work meeting. They did end up giving a refund."
