"My fiancé and I came here a few weeks ago while shopping in the store. Our drinks were made incorrectly and tasted horrible! The chocolate cream in my cold brew was very light in color, not the brown color that it normally is. The staff working that day weren't friendly when our order was placed so I didn't feel like bringing the drinks back would've resolved anything other than make me upset so I skipped it altogether. We ended up throwing our drinks in the trash where it belonged."
"Baristas are awful here. They have attitudes and clearly do not like their jobs. They give you attitude for asking simple questions. And supposedly they cant scan your QR code from your phone to get stars or use stars because “the equipment is to old”. Lies. I was there a few ago and the lady was able to scan my phone just fine."
"I was placing an order and I told her I wanted an iced espresso and she grabbed a hot cup and I just told her nicely oh no it’s supposed to be iced and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and said ok…as if I said something wrong. Her whole attitude is just rude. I think her name was Margaret. She shouldn’t be rolling her eyes and huffing at customers just cause she’s not in a good mood."
