"I was suppose to receive 3 free oil changes after purchasing my car there. I made an appointment and arrived—after they had my car I was told there’s an “extra charge” for my oil of $25. I was unhappy with that as I went there with the impression it was free and complimentary as I was told when I bought the car there. I agreed to still let them do it and at the end of the appointment I was charged $40. They apologized but I don’t think this is acceptable and I feel like I was tricked to go there and be charged for something that I was told was suppose to be free."
