"This place is always dirty when I come in, and they seem to never mop or wipe down the tables, but today was disgusting. They spilled a syrup or something all over the floor in the front, and judging by the amount of footprints it has been this way for at least a couple days. My feet were literally stuck to the floor like I super glued them. This syrupy substance was smeared thick all over the entire restaurant with hundreds of footprints in it. This was in the morning of today. They were not busy, I don't understand how they let customers walk through this and can't take 5 minutes out of their time to mop adequately."

"I was dissatisfied with my drink. I ordered a Doordash delivery, so you know it was going to be pricey. But the issue was that my drink, as you can see, was all ice and 1/4th of the drink missing. In addition, it didn't taste the way it should. It believe it was carelessly made. Not happy, especially cause delivery is so expensive. I got a med drink, cake, and an avocado spread, totaling 24 bucks. I was so upset with my 4 sip drink. I enjoyed my avocado spread the most. So disappointing."

"Kyle, Coffee MASTER and Army Vet was happy to explain their new coffee line and proud to talk of his "black robe" achievement when I had asked. Coffees were presented quickly and as perfect as a photoshoot. I rarely come to Starbucks, but I think Kyle has rekindled my joy of brewed coffee...I had been making instant from home due to my Ecuadorian influences on me. 7/7 will drink again."
