"Horrible service, I just came to Duncan at 11:00 AM and ordered a bunch of stuff. My total was $38. I handed the cashier $100 bill since I only had $12 $100 bills on me and she says they do not accept hundred dollar bills? Why be located in a busy shopping area and not except $100 bill? Your facility has been open since 6 AM. I will never come here ever again just a waste of time. Drove down about a mile down to the next Dunkin and they gave me change. No problem for my $38 order. I would recommend going to the Duncan of the road so you don’t waste your time. Line was also long and wait time was unacceptable"

"I ordered a cold brew and 2 donuts. The woman got my donut order wrong but the coffee was right. I still ate the donuts cuz DONUTS lol! I frequent that Dunkin a lot so it's not a big deal. The coffee is reasonably priced for the size compared to the local competition. I recommend going. However don't have a meeting there. It's noisy. Lol."

"I like this location but they never listen.I get charged for alterations on my drink but it never happens. I ask for extra caramel don't recieve it. I do get charged it however. I love the pumpkin spice with extra caramel around the cup and never get it. It's frustrating. It taste like more milk than the syrup. So I ask for an extra pump and don't get it neither. As a former barista myself it's annoying to see this happen. And when I say I like the location I mean the customer service is fine. Some days not. But the beverages are never right for me it's always a frustrating experience. I try to give them a chance but it's not worth it anymore."

"Fantastic customer service from all the ladies every time I stop by. This is the only location to actually make my drink the way I order it instead of how ever they THINK it’s supposed to be made! Store is always clean and the food is always fresh not to mention they are the only location that actually makes croissant stuffers for the duration of of the day instead of just making them in the very early morning only. This will be my new go to location!"
