"The lady didn’t take my order right so when I asked to get it fixed they charged me for their mistake instead of just letting me have the egg on my sandwich so now I was refunded back the amount they first charged me just so she can charge me for the egg. It’s not that complicated to provide good customer service. Waiting two weeks on a $5 refund when I didn’t make the mistake. Last time I go to this location that ran by incompetent humans. I’ll use the McDonald’s next to Walgreens to insure I get good service."

"Food is always hot and very neatly put together (no pickles falling off sandwiches here). I know the equipment and ingredients are the same across franchises, but this location consistently makes the tastiest McDonald's food around. Keep it up!"

"The employees can't even get a single drink order correct. We ordered a coke and brought it home only for it to be a diet coke. That was the only item in the order and it was wrong. I was looking forward to this as a treat but y'all ruined it. Thanks so much for your service!! :("

"Sat and waited in dining area for food for 10 minutes. Another family that came in after us, got their order. Asked for our order at counter and they found it had been misplaced. Manager sitting in dining room on phone. Felt like we were an inconvenience to request food. Gloves & hats on food handlers would be nice."

"5:30am on a Monday and the place was completely dark. Looked completely closed, although there were 3 cars parked in the lot. Had to drive 3 miles to the next closest (which had been already opened)"
