"I got my coffee from concourse C and it was so good, they made my drink perfect!! The team that works there is absolutely phenomenal. They are so kind and work so hard for everyone. I highly recommend getting your coffee from these amazing people. They deserve to be acknowledged for their commitment and hard work. Keep it up guys, y'all are amazing!"

"Ordered bacon sausage breakfast. First one didn't have sausage, went back and got it replaced. Second one didn't have any bacon. Gave up."

"Stopped at the Starbucks waiting to catch a plane. The employees were working super hard, even though there was quite a line at the time. You could tell they were very efficient. The drinks we got were really good, however they were out of a few things. We did have to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, however once we ordered it was within minutes. The breakfast sandwich I got was warm and hit the spot."

"I understand Starbucks can be busy, especially at an airport and so the staff are rushed. They seemed a little irritated that I ordered a hot chocolate for my kiddo. Either way, the coffee was a bit old but tasted ok when I doctored it up. Fine for an airport coffee stop"

"As far as Starbucks inside the airport goes, I think this has been the best one I've been to. Milwaukee airport ain't too busy so there was no long line and nothing was hectic here. Possibly because the business is so slow, there was only one gal manning the place. She had to do everything herself so things were slow, but she was quick on her hands and got things moving along. She wS also super sweet - call everyone "love" until she put the order in and got her names at which point she started calling us by our names. I asked her what her name was and she said Mercedes. Very considerate, friendly, and professional. I just had a dopio, so not really sure how good she is with making other drinks, but can't imagine them being bad considering how good she is in every other aspect. Is usually don't get such nice service at "airport" Starbucks so I'm giving this place five stars!"
