"This is absolutely disgusting these kids are gonna kill people I got a completely raw burger and underdone fries. I’m in awe of the people these places hire. I ordered pick up and no one could even acknowledge us for 15 mins because they’re too busy talking.I had to interrupt them to let them know I was there to pick up an order. Thanks for the $47 meal that we couldn’t even eat because weren’t not trying to die from raw burgers. Incredibly disappointing."

"5 guys has great food at most of their locations. This location not so much. If you get Cajun fries it's Cajun seasoning with a side of fries. For a 15 dollar burger mine was slapped together with little care."
