"Called, asked if it was possible to cancel a pickup in store order I had. First worker said let me get back to you and left me on hold for 25 mins. Called back thinking it was forgotten, second worker also put me on hold. First time with this location and wasted my time and inconvenience me. Ended up just going in to pick up the order since they weren’t helpful. Yanizta was the only one helping while others were talking"

"If you are black, stay far away from this store, as they racially profile at this store & make you feel unwelcome. The customer service is horrible & so is the manager, Melisa, who sides with the workers & ignores your complaints when you try to voice your concern about being mistreated by the employees here. Anthony (an employee) will not even look African Americans in the eyes when he speaks to you & he barely speaks to any people of color who come into store, not even to direct you to the correct line to stand in to be serviced by someone, which was my experience. He ignores you like you don’t exist; He’s horrible & his attitude SUCKS. I will NEVER be back. If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD."

"Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Tried to sell me a broken radiator and when I asked to call another store to see if there was another one, proceeded to say “do you see the line” and moved on with the next customer. Will not be returning, this is why people go to oreilly."

"The staff here is so helpful and friendly. After going to a diff location first and being given the wrong brake pads for my car, I went to this location and got the correct ones plus everything else I needed quickly and easily. The gentleman who helped me was even nice enough to help carry everything out to my car even tho there was a line. I appreciated that more than he knew and thought it was incredible that he offered without hesitation, after seeing me struggling to try and pick everything up and hold my daughter. I will def always go to this location first from now on."
