"We were seated right away, which is always nice. A little wait in our food, but it was starting to get busy. One of the twins didn't like his order, "the pancakes didn't taste right." The other said he could have used something other than his butter knife to try to cut his spicy chicken strips. The waiter was polite."
"We ate breakfast here twice on labor day weekend, the staff were amazingly resilient under the pressure of that many people. Especially big families with multiple kids can be hard to serve but they did great. I could see they were all exhausted but they kept serving with kindness and I appreciate that so much. The food is always at some standard here so no complaints. I’ve tried the gluten free Belgian waffle this time and the texture of it was pretty amazing, the taste is a bit more savory than I like but overall cannot complain."
"This was our first time at any IHOP. People we know hyped this place up. The service was great. Very friendly staff. There was 3 or 4 tables left with dirty dishes on it sincevwe arrived and they didn't clean up till we were walking out the door. The food was not up to par for a pancake place the buttermilk pancakes were edible but very dry, and the butter was frozen. The eggs were supposed to be over easy but came over medium. The chicken fried steak was very crunchy and dry. The kids' chicken strip.meal came with 2 strips and more fries than anything. We will not be returning to this location."
