"While the place is clean, the staff is oblivious to their duties. I ordered on the app and chose to have my food delivered to the table as I have a toddler to wrangle. My food was put in to go bags and my name was not called when it was finished. It sat at the front counter and got cold. When they finally called my table number I had to ask for my drink cups. I asked why it wasn't brought to the table and the staff looked at me bewildered and shrugged her shoulders. Nothing like juggling a wild toddler and two bags of food & two drinks on my own. Other notes homeless woman came in with outside food and then napped at the table."
"the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. annoying drive through worker, didn’t give me a receipt, gave me the wrong food and then dumpster dove for the receipt he threw away. very questionable hiring decisions. also, refused to give me the food i actually ordered. absolutely miserable and the last place you should go given the other food options in the area. 0/10."
"Always good and consistent. The best frappes in the country. Also the best Fastfood App in the industry. I believe in it so much I even bought stock in the company."
"I informed them manager that the grease is not getting changed. He shrugged and said "I know what you mean." Very lackadaisical. I recommend passing this McDonald's."
