"1st time I've ever been to a Starbucks & I will be returning. Very clean, delicious frappuccino, friendly staff, fast service. (Very Helpful employees, I wasn't sure how to order what I wanted & she was great with helping me!)"

"I did a mobile order here it was during a busy hour so I can understand this a little bit but I did a store pick up I walked in and I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes. The app said that my order should be ready 10 minutes after pick up I waited in the store for 30 minutes, I eventually walked up to one of the work, and was asking where my drink was and they told me that the order was already served. It has been sitting in the back corner of the ledge hidden, and they didn’t even announce that it was ready either that it was mine I said it was during busy hour, but the employees should be a little more aware of what is going on and what drink is sitting on the ledge"

"Literally just received a door dash order from this location and what a joke. I spent $20 on 2 venti coffees and these are half full."

"I went today at 3:00 in the afternoon to buy 2 frappe and the people who were there today were upset or did not feel like working. I stopped to order and there were no customers in front and they did not serve me. I spent almost 10 minutes and it was as if No one bothered me and I left and didn't buy anything. I hope they can solve it."

"I will only stop here as a last resort as every time, service is beyond slow. I once waited 45 mins after placing a mobile order. This week, placed a mobile order & gave it a good 15 minutes, woman at the speaker says we're still working on that. I get my cold brew and half the cup was foam. If I wanted a cup of cold foam, I would have ordered that. I think that'll be my last chance given, I'll drive to oak Creek or Bayview."
