"All of the staff members at this location are consistently helpful and remind me to input my number every time. The food is consistently hot and well-stocked. I have never encountered any issues when ordering food in advance; it is always ready on time. The store is consistently well-stocked, ensuring that if they sell it, it is always available. The aisles are always clean, and the self-serve areas are well-maintained. The bathrooms are consistently clean, with stalls stocked with toilet paper, and the garbage is never neglected. Even on the busiest days, there is always space in every trash can at the pump area, and the window wash is always full. This location even ensures that the paper is stocked. The pumps never malfunction when printing receipts. The parking lot, despite its size, has always been relatively clean. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for consistently providing such a pleasant experience from opening to closing. Thank you for your exceptional service!l"

"When I started at Casey’s in 2021 our store was in debt we didn’t make money we had no customers … our food … was 3 months old no one was even checking . I took over the kitchen my team and I brought numbers up and up and up I worked endless hours. I learned then that You can tell a higher ranked manager an issue you need help with and they don’t care . Our store had almost no one to work and the district manager of the company who is higher than the store manager told us to figure it out . Per usual . When you all were frustrated with the water issues and everything shut off believe me i fought for you trying to get the company to purchase an iron curtain and new softener system . They refused bc it’s more important to save money than to provide actual quality . Which is what they sell you !!! I loved my company I loved my co workers . I loved that place as my second home so I did my job as FSL . STORE MANAGERS WORK . 1st ASSISTANT WORK . Hell there were nights I was unloading our truck alone and trying to help in kitchen until there were to many issues and the day I got fired was bc a 1st assistant a store manager and a district manager lied bc I said I no longer was doing everyone’s job and only doing the part of kitchen order. So then I was fired by the district manager while other employees saw it and he told unemployment I quit . 3 years and no back up yep I quit . So now you walk in to Casey’s and the donut case is damn near empty . Creamers are empty the food doesn’t look fresh . The fruit that was just in the sub cooler Monday was outdated . Bathrooms were dirty . When the employees tell the store manager the issues with other employees about lack of product for customers he tells them he’s done hearing it bc he doesn’t want to be there either ? What a joke … I use to have certain customers come at certain times for food a lady every Friday 6 burritos 7 am a group form a company 2 maple waffle sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and a loaded bowl. Every day post office gentleman yeast donuts with just chocolate if it has sprinkles he will eat it but prefers not to . Ext ext I can tell you all my customers names issues and how I corrected them. And now half of them have to drive further away for food bc the store manager is to busy not caring to provide quality service bc he doesn’t want to be there . However maybe if they were not so busy bullying people to quit there would be a better environment their numbers wouldn’t be so low and food quality would be a lot better . Highly don’t recommend working for Casey’s. .and the food there is not up to par anymore a lot of customers have reached out to me upset ."

"Quite possibly the world's worst coffee, Pizza has enough grease to grease a bicycle chain and is a floppy undercooked waste of money. Thought about getting ice cream,but there were no cones. Garbage everywhere. Try this next time you get coffee here: take a large cup, pour a large coffee, then pour that into a medium or even a small cup and be amazed at your new magic trick of not spilling a drop! The cashier was nice, unfortunately that's all the store has going for it"

"The workers are absolutely amazing especially early in the morning when my days are really rough and long from working three jobs sometimes per day and into the over-night as well as being a business owner and mom who's testifying at an S.A case. It is exhausting and the endless kindness has given me a safe place to go late / early when I desperately need something to eat, fuel, or to park safely. From my job to my own ptsd this has been a safe haven."
