"I was disappointed in the customer service from one woman there. She had green color to her hair didn't catch her name but she was one of the people making the drinks and handing them out. They didn't take names for the orders and weren't getting some of the orders correct so when calling them out there was confusion between our order and another ladies. And when my dad had asked about the order she was rude and when nicely suggested to maybe put the names on the cups instead of calling out the orders she had an excuse of they were too busy. And than tried to blame her messing up the order on my dad, when we've never had an issue before with the way we order the drink. Another one of the workers overheard and was apologetic but there was no excuse for her rudness."

"The service was very poor, specifically from one worker, Gray. They were incredibly rude to us and their coworkers which had ruined the experience for us. I wont buy coffee from here if they are at the register anymore."

He was so courteous and nice with all the customers that were there and struck up a conversation with each person.
