"As a veteran I was overwhelmed with surprise and joy to find the POW/MIA TABLE display at this Culver's Restaurant. Thank you, Ambreen, owner. I was deeply touched and am thankful to patriots like you! Wish I could give 50 stars!"

"The drive thru worker and one meal out of the two being hot is what redeemed a star for this location. My mom and I went through the drive thru to grab food before the outlet mall. Taking the order and paying was efficient. After that, it went downhill. They were clearly behind. When we got our food, the worker did not seem happy to be there, no smile, nothing. She handed us only one part of the meal, not noticing that an entire salad was missing. We had to park and go back in to grab the salad. We did not receive an apology from the worker who brought us half the order, and she even brushed up against my mom while walking past her. They did not seem to care that we had to come back in to grab our order, when for a drive thru, that should not happen. My mom's salad ended up being thrown together, and hard to eat as the food was in giant chunks. For $10 a person, $20 for this service and food warrants us going back to our usual Culver's, and staying away from this one."

"Went there kind of late on a Sunday night. The cashier was very short with us and rushing our order. They messed up our order in 3 ways and didn't bring it all at first. The food was pretty dried out and almost seemed old like it had been sitting a while. Not sure if it was because it was late on a Sunday or what but probably my least favorite Culver's experience and I've been to a lot!"

"There was a LOT of kids there at once but I still got my food in less than 5 minutes (keep in mind I didn't get much food for 1 order). The good was amazing as always. Still the people in people in my seat were annoying (they were my friends so that's normal). Would definitely recommend to everyone."

"I went to the drive-thru at Culver’s. The lady at the window was SUPER friendly. That is always nice. The wait was not too long. But, when I got back to the office I was disappointed with my Sourdough Melt. These have become one of my favorites…. so I know what to expect. The meat was not as juicy as it normally is…. and it sort of fell apart as I was eating it. It is hard to explain, but it was not normal. I will NOT stop eating Sourdough Melts…. or stop eating at Culver’s because it is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. But I have to give this visit 3 stars. I am sure it will be better next time."
