"Went there 2 times to find out they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. My third time they had one, and it was so stale and old tasting!"

"I wanted a drink and the line was at least 10 cars deep, so I went inside. That was no better, the line was also 10 people deep. It seemed like only one person was making drinks, one was getting straws and napkins, 2 of them had their head in the fridge and I am not sure what the other 2 girls were doing. Worst service ever. The one making the drinks was trying to get everything done, looks like they need more help or organization."

"Ordered today from this place and as close as it is to my house I think i will be going to a different location. The service was horrible. After standing a few minutes young lady says are you waiting on a mobile order? All the while i stood there 2 employees talked about how they are so ready to not be there and how they want to leave. I watch her as she through around my order. The Strwbry Frp was not good at all. It was like i was drinking ice milk with a hit of strawberry plastered around the cup. It was bad."

"This Starbucks has horrible customer service. They don’t go by the hours listed online & keep the store & drive through closed OFTEN until they feel like opening it, which is very inconvenient. I’ve also witnessed when they close the inside of store during business hrs, they allow certain customers to still come in to be serviced, but let the others wait outside, & ignore them when trying to get someone to come to door or acknowledge why they are closed…The manager of this location is just as horrible too & leads the unprofessionalism here. The drinks aren’t made well either. It’s always something with this store, I’ve contacted corporate many times. If I could give zero stars I would…."

"Kris clearly is rude and unprofessional! Starbucks team is TRASH! How are you going to pick your orders to make knowing there is a whole line! Definitely don’t come here! Waited 25mins for three drinks and a danish. Employees didn’t use GMP rules! Touching phone devices and making drinks with no hands being washed!"
